Delivery policy
Every order ships from our studio in Selangor. We pack pens the way we'd want our own delivered — and ink bottles like they're crossing an ocean.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on working days (Mon–Sat) are packed and handed to the courier the same day. Orders after 2:00 PM, or on Sundays and public holidays, ship the next working day.
During major sales and launch periods, allow one extra working day.
Couriers & tracking
We ship with trusted national couriers (e.g. J&T, Pos Laju, Ninja Van, depending on your area). A tracking number is sent to your email or WhatsApp the moment your parcel leaves us.
Marketplace orders are tracked inside the Shopee or Lazada app as usual.

How we pack bottled inks. Every bottle is sealed in a leak-proof bag, bubble-wrapped, and boxed so it cannot shift in transit. If a bottle still arrives damaged, photograph it within 48 hours and we'll replace it — no debate.
Delays & failed deliveries
Courier delays during festive seasons or bad weather are outside our control, but message us and we'll chase the parcel with you. If a delivery fails because the address is incomplete, re-delivery charges may apply — please double-check your address at checkout.
Shipping to Singapore & beyond
We can usually arrange international shipping for pens, paper and accessories. Bottled inks are restricted by some couriers, so contact us first and we'll confirm options and cost before you order.
